Fountainbleau Lodge provides healthcare services for the elderly population in a homelike atmosphere with loving care. Fountainbleau Lodge is a state licensed facility with 30 skilled nursing beds and 60 Residential Care beds. We accept private pay residents and are Medicaid and Medicare certified.

Medical directors and consultants in various specialties are utilized at Fountainbleau Lodge. Teams of medical, dietary, social services and recreation staff develop care plans geared to meet the individual needs of each resident and we encourage families to participate in the development of the plan of care. Residents are cared for on living units that are professionally staffed to implement care plans. Our goal is to provide the best care possible while maintaining the resident's dignity and respect.
