If residents do need to run errands or have a medical appointment our accessible transportation service takes them where they need to go.

Continuing Care

Our community does more to ensure our residents are living the lifestyle right for them. We work closely with our sister community Falls River Court to transition seniors who need specialized care when living with dementia or Alzheimer s. Their award-winning embrace Memory Care program provides daily opportunities of joy, connection, and choice in a safe, secure setting that allows seniors and their families to live with confidence.
