A place where you hear a Norwegian brogue, shop talk at the local café, church bells on Sunday morning, John Deere tractors heading to fields and kids on bikes heading to ball diamonds.

We have 42 skilled nursing rooms (41 private rooms and 1 double room) and 19 independent and assisted living apartments. We are owned by our community's six churches - Beaver Creek Lutheran church, Bethany Lutheran church, Goose River Lutheran church, Holmes United Methodist church, Little Forks Lutheran church, and St. John Lutheran church.
