Many residents at Applewood live independently and worry-free in a charming cottage or luxury apartment. All of our homes are completely maintenance free and include around-the-clock security. While many live independently, they also live with peace of mind knowing that assistance is there if and when they need it.

For those residents who require assisted living or memory care, Applewood is set up to support those needs, backed by renowned healthcare specialists at nearby CentraState Health System and a staff of nurses on call 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. As residents needs change within the Applewood community and move through different levels of care, our staff works with residents, their families, and physicians to transition to the most appropriate care setting. Each resident’s care is customized for their individual needs and preferences, and delivered around-the-clock by trained nursing professionals focused on helping each patient, as our creed states, to “Live Life Well.”
