Our latest facility, Avalon Assisted Living at Hillsborough is located on the same campus as Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation Center at Hillsborough and offers specialized services, such memory care and short-term, post-acute rehabilitation. The Avalon’s multiple care levels enable us to personalize care plans to each individual’s unique needs. It is conveniently located in Hillsborough Township on Amwell Road, right off of Route 206 and within close proximity to Somerville, Raritan, Bridgewater, Princeton, Millstone, Manville, and Montgomery.

Our assisted living nursing staff is recognized on a state and national level for its excellence and professionalism in the assisted living industry. Avalon Assisted Living Residences have earned Advanced Standing status from the New Jersey Department of Health and the Health Care Association of New Jersey Foundation (HCANJF) for meeting and exceeding regulatory and quality standards.
