Our passion for quality care starts at the top: unlike most Assisted Living communities, our Executive Director is a Registered Nurse.

The experienced and skilled staff of nurses and caregivers, under the direct hands-on supervision of our Director of Clinical Services, are all certified in CPR and AED. They are dedicated to providing compassionate care and to keeping everyone feeling great.

For community members with cognitive disorders such as dementia or Alzheimer’s, Wellington’s special VISTAS neighborhood provides an ideal care setting to address the needs of this population. For the safety and well-being of cognitively impaired residents, the VISTAS neighborhood is secured to prevent wandering. The wide and friendly corridors are easy to navigate, promoting a sense of familiarity and security. Caregivers in the VISTAS neighborhood are especially sensitive to the needs of memory impaired residents; they treat each member with extra dignity and love
