Millie’s Assisted Living Community (MALC) is a small family-owned and operated assisted living facility. We take pride in being the most active community in Silver City. With Millie’s licensure in 2003, Carley Preusch created a place she thought her mother would enjoy — and at Millie’s, each person is respected, valued, and loved.
Housing up to 16 residents, Millie’s offers a home-like environment with personalized care to meet each individual’s needs. Because of our location, and our reputation, we often have community visitors from schools, churches, and other locations around town.

All Millie’s Assisted Living services focus on assistance. Our role is not to “do for” each resident, but to “help with” each resident’s individual needs. By emphasizing self-reliance, we promote the dignity of each resident.
