Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation: We customize a specialized physical, occupational, or speech therapies program to meet your rehab needs with our own therapist with Therapy Solutions.

Respite: Respite care is designed to meet short-term care needs up to 30 days of care.

Home Health: We’re dedicated to the emotional and social aspects of clients’ lives, as well as their physical needs. We bring top-rated health care right into the comfort of your home through our home health company, Fountain Park Home Care.

Special Care: We provide a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment for those at risk, those that wander or other conditions that require specialized care.
