Hill View Retirement Center is a Lifecare Community offering independent living, assisted living, nursing home care, rehabilitation, and memory support for its residents. Our community spreads out over 20 acres, housing over 300 fine people who enjoy retired life free of chores and worry, enjoying their time how they choose. We are located in Portsmouth, Ohio along the Ohio River and among the rolling, forested hills of Southern Ohio, which makes for beautiful surroundings and a mild climate.

Our Lifecare model provides otherwise unattainable insurance against the cost of long-term care, combined with homes and an array of residential services, all in one setting. In addition, Hill View offers a modified Life Care plan as well as a lease option.
