Table Rock Memory Care Community

Before a new resident arrives at Table Rock Memory Care, every effort is made to create a gentle and welcoming transition into our secure environment. This begins with a comprehensive assessment, which includes the prospective resident, their family or guardian and physician. Our next step is to develop an individualized plan of memory care, taking into consideration the resident’s social history and medical needs. We strive to ensure their well-being and comfort by promoting recreational interests, spiritual dimensions and other personal issues.

Our ultimate goal is to support our residents in living their best life possible.

Table Rock Memory Care Community has created a world where Medford seniors can succeed and achieve; where they are encouraged to function at their highest level; and where they may find a sense of belonging, companionship, and self esteem.

Our activity programs include physical and cognitive exercises for senior dealing with alzheimer’s or dementia; a variety of musical entertainment; spontaneous one-on-one activities and interactive fun events. We custom design life-enriching activities which fit the needs of each resident and maximize their personal independence.

As space is available, Table Rock Memory Care Community offers temporary respite care, for anywhere from a single overnight stay to several months. During the resident’s stay, we’ll help them get comfortable and encourage them to socialize and join in activity groups and partake in outings with the other residents. From experience, many Medford respite care residents value their stay with us and look forward to their next stay.
