Hillside Care Manor

Located near the heart of NW Portland, there are many fascinating shops, boutiques, delis and restaurants that make our facility an attractive place to live. Hillside Care Manor has provided exceptional and personalized care for a diverse elderly community since 2010. According to this building’s history, it was previously named Hillside Convalescent Nursing Home for twenty years until their closing in 2006. It was reopened in 2010 under the management of BME Enterprise, and Peaks & Valleys took over in the spring of 2014.

We encourage a feeling of being at “home” by providing an environment that promotes independence, choices, assistance with their activities of daily living and most of all, dignity. We provide a selection of fun-filled activities, warm and delicious meals, and a 24-hour care service to assist with any and all needs.
