Parkview Christian Retirement Community is an inviting assisted living community in Portland, Oregon. It is within pleasing Multnomah County which is part of the Beaver State.

Our daily well-being checks and 24-hour staffing give our residents and their families a sense of security knowing someone is always available to help if the need arises.

Your month-to-month rent includes:

• Choice of studio, alcove, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments
• Kitchenette
• Two meals daily: breakfast and lunch or dinner
• All utilities (except phone and internet)
• Standard cable television
• Staff on duty 24 hours
• Home and grounds maintenance
• Housekeeping services
• Daily well-being checks
•  Life enriching activities

In addition to spacious private apartments, Parkview Assisted Living provides exceptional personalized care and support. As a not-for-profit we choose to put additional resources into our full time RN nursing team.

By staffing above the levels required by the State of Oregon we are able to provide more individualized care and advocacy for the resident. This also makes us more responsive to the changing needs of our residents and to their family.

Our friendly care team works to create a care plan that preserves the dignity, privacy and choices of our residents.

We offer five levels of care. Each level of care includes a variety of services and assistance. You pay only for the basic services associated with your apartment and the level of care needed.

Our studio and one bedroom apartments include:

• 24-hour personal care
• Full time RN nursing team
• Registered Nurse consultations
• Life-enriching activities and excursions
• Wellness and exercise programs
• Three restaurant-style meals per day
• Cable TV service and all utilities (except personal telephone)
• Scheduled transportation to medical appointments and shopping

Also Included:

• Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and sink
• Emergency pull-cord & pendant system
• Fully accessible bath with grab bars and roll-in shower
• Fire sprinkler system and smoke detectors
• Weekly housekeeping
• Weekly laundry and linen service

Our Parkview Wellness Program is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

We offer traditional and therapeutic exercise, balance and stability training, along with rehabilitative support in both small group and individual settings.

Our small group classes are unique and customized to ensure a safe and successful experience for all.  

Individual programs are offered for residents in need of specialized assistance or coordination with healthcare providers.

Each Parkview Wellness Team Member is a degreed, nationally certified personal trainer.
