Elmcroft of Halls has been serving the north Knoxville community since 1998 and was recently renovated in 2017. We provide help with day-to-day tasks like incontinence and medication management as well as dressing, bathing and dining. Helping our residents stay healthy is part of our mission. We coordinate with their outside healthcare providers and provide transportation to and from appointments. We have a home care agency on site, and offer 24-hour nursing for those who need it. We also have local physicians who visit the community to provide care, as needed, and physical, occupational and speech therapists who see patients on site.
