OUR STAFF really gets to know your loved one ----- their needs, preferences, and habits. We're proud to says we have a very low nursing staff turnover ---- many have been in this community for years.

Not only are they trained RNs and LVNs, but they are also dementia specialists. This training helps our nurses with their one priority --- keeping your loved one safe and happy. Our residents get care from our highly trained nurses 7 days a week.

Trained doesn't just apply to our nurses ---- everyone in the entire community has received training in how to best relate to people with dementia. Your loved one is surrounded by a trained and compassionate staff that brings them the best in round-the-clock dementia care.

Our activities program at Legacy Living is planned and supervised by certified professionals 7-days a week. Programs are specific for increasing participation for residents with varying levels of dementia. Activities are appropriately timed and varied, fulfilling a variety of purposes.

Life skills are activities that enable our residents to continue their routine by providing structure throughout the day. These activities are lifestyle-oriented. Making the bed, setting the table, fold laundry, and performing light housekeeping are all examples of purposeful life skills we practice at Legacy Living.

OUR RESIDENTS get exercise, fresh air, and can catch up with family in the great outdoors with a safe, scenic quarter of a mile walking path around the entire building.

Our residents talk, laugh, and bond in small intimate living-room areas and family-style dining rooms. We know that our residents do best in home-like settings with as much one-on-one attention and social interaction as possible. And that's what we provide.

Our residents enjoy natural light, large airy windows, and interior porches overlooking the courtyard.

LIKE THE dinner parties your family may have grown up around, our dining areas are designed to encourage conversation and new friendships.
