Dayspring Assisted Living is a wonderful assisted living community in Plano, Texas. It is within storied Collin County which is part of the Lone Star State.

Assisted Living

• Staff available 24-hours per day
• Full time nurse on staff
• Care plans are tailored to each individual resident’s need for support services and are based on personal care assessments, completed on a routine basis
• Assistance with medication management available
• Escort assistance to and from dining and activities available, as well as assistance with ambulation and assistance with transferring, if needed
• Stand-by and hands on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming as well as assistance with other ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) available
• Incontinence care
• Activity programming offering a variety of scheduled programs. The program is tailored to the preferences of our current residents to meet individual needs. Programming includes spiritual programs and services, physical and wellness programs, as well as recreational and social programs and scheduled community outings.
• Weekly housekeeping and laundry services included
• All utilities included in base rate with exception of phone service

Memory Care Services

• Staff available 24-hours per day
• Care plans are tailored to each individual resident’s need for support services and are based on personal care assessments, completed on a routine basis

Whether you are recovering from a recent hospital stay and in need of temporary assistance or a caregiver who is need of a much-deserved break, Respite Care at DaySpring may be just what you need!

• Our Respite Care program offers an environment where an individual can receive the support and services needed for up to 60-days.
• Our program offers assistance by staff to the resident, while providing encouragement in maintaining or regaining an individual’s independence.
• A short-term stay at DaySpring offers access to all of the community’s services, amenities & features.
• Our Respite Care program offers a fully furnished apartment and is an all-inclusive daily rate.
• Respite Care program availability is based on availability within the community and availability may vary.
