Wintergreen Residential Care Home is a spirited assisted living community in Brandon, Vermont. It is within pleasing Rutland County which is part of the Green Mountain State.
Providing 24 hour care for our residents who can no longer take care of themselves in a safe and healthy manner. Our outstanding staff is there for all of the resident’s needs, around the clock, including home cooked meals three times a day, snacks in between, daily activities and laundry care, just to name a few. We have a Registered Nurse that spends at least 8-10 hours per week at each home, but is always on call, teaches medication management, and oversees each and every resident. We also provide transportation to doctors’ appointments as needed.
