Pine Haven Christian Communities - Pine Drive Campus is an outstanding assisted living community in Oostburg, Wisconsin. It is within charming Sheboygan County which is part of the Badger State.

It is currently our smallest campus, with 30 apartments as well as amenities including a sun room, activities room with full kitchen, a beautiful dining room, many smaller sitting rooms for residents and visitors to gather, gardens surrounding the building, and a walking path around the building featuring a seating area where you can enjoy watching the wildlife on our beautiful pond.

Independent Living

Seven duplexes, 14 single-family domiciles, each with its own attached garage, so seniors can live on their own, independently, without having to shovel walks or worry about appliance maintenance.

Each unit is 1337 square feet in size, so you’ll have plenty of space! And the cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows offer lots of light for a cheerful, beautiful home.

Assisted Living

Our Pine Drive campus in Oostburg is licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF).  There are 30 assisted living rooms, in four different sizes:

• Studio Standard (329 sq. ft.) 
• Studio Deluxe (415 sq. ft.) 
• Studio Deluxe Plus (542 sq. ft.) 
• One Bedroom (671 sq. ft.)

• Chapel area with regular bible studies, hymn sings, and worship services presided by our chaplain and many pastors from surrounding churches.
• Haven Cafe - located at our Haven Drive Campus
• Dining rooms on each floor featuring restaurant-style dining. 
• Corner store with gifts, snacks, and other necessities – right on site.
• Transportation available to take you to doctor appointments, shopping trips, and group outings to local events. Or bring your own car – there’s onsite parking and limited garage space available.
• Hair Salon/Barber for all your hair and nail services.
• Outdoor walkways, walking trails, and sitting areas allow you to enjoy the natural setting. Our gardens are planned to bring beauty to all seasons. There are even raised beds for 2015, so residents who wish to grow their own vegetables can do so.
• Aviary with lovely songbirds brings a touch of nature inside.
• Environmentally friendly design –a geothermal pump system to the onsite pond provides heat in the winter and cooling in the summer – as part of our commitment to improving the world for future generations.
• Fitness room with regular exercise classes helps keep you in shape. Residents will also have access to the expanded rehabilitation gym when it opens in June 2015.

Our Life Enrichment team is very intentional about the programming we provide. We work to incorporate multiple dimensions of wellness each day which allows us to care for our residence as an individual. This approach has a greater personal impact on the ability of our residents to not only feel at home here but also to thrive. 

We are the only senior facility in Sheboygan County that provides included personalized exercise appointments with a fitness specialist. Our team also consists of an onsite chaplain to provide religious services, Bible studies, personal communion services, as well as emotional support for our residents.

Some of our programming includes: Brain Games, Offsite Trips, Musical entertainment, Bible Studies, Hymn Sings, Baking Activities, Crafts, and of course Bingo.
