Mariposa Point of Gilbert is a first-class assisted living community in Gilbert, Arizona. It is within pleasing Maricopa County which is part of the Grand Canyon State.
We get to know each resident on a personal level so we can design activities and programming that engage all residents based on their interests. Our resident-centered care captures the essence of each resident and then provides the tools for our community team to personally connect with each resident throughout the day. Combined with our long list of exciting programming, services and amenities, Surpass provides an ideal environment for seniors to be at their best. That’s The Surpass Way.
Simple tasks can become tricky as we grow older, but remain essential to healthy aging. Mariposa Point of Gilbert encourages residents to continue these tasks (with our assistance) and to take full advantage of programs designed to enhance and expand their lives.

Respite Care equals less than a 30-day short-term stay at Mariposa Point of Gilbert. Primary caregivers can use this program to take a recharging break for a few days, or family members can use it as an assisted living trial period. All respite care residents have access to all of the services and programs our communities have to offer, including medication management, daily living assistance, health monitoring, meals and refreshments, and our Life Engagement program.
Our residents are able to interact with multiple generations of people to fulfill their desire for meaningful life engagements with others of all ages.
We encourage residents to continue to serve others. This instills a sense of purpose and engages the local community in our programming.
Our One Week University program engages residents in lectures from top professors and local resources. We believe that learning doesn’t end the day you reach retirement age; it’s a lifelong process. According to the 2019 Alzheimer’s Facts and Figures, studies suggest that remaining mentally active throughout life may support brain health and possibly reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
Spiritual activities aid in the psychological and emotional well being of our residents. We provide times of meditation, song, and prayer in an atmosphere that is open to our residents' diverse spiritual traditions.
We provide opportunities for residents to engage in the specific recreational activities they enjoy, including dominoes, checkers, card games, art, and musical memories.
Emotional wellness implies having an optimistic approach to life and enjoying life despite the occasional disappointments and frustrations. We encourage residents to engage in programs and to be active.
We do not build the business, we build the people who build the business. We focus on quality interactions, respect the humanity in all of us and show up for the person to the right and left of us.
