The Villas at Green Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care offers a home-like setting that is affordable and family centered. Each of our 6000 square foot beautifully furnished homes has 10 private suites with individual heating and cooling systems.
Our neighborhoods are comprised of multiple assisted living homes (villas), catering to the unique needs of the aging population, as well as the needs of adults requiring specialized care. Our upscale neighborhoods provide our residents the quality of life they desire, while receiving the detailed attention and assistance they require.
The Villas at Green Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood provides our residents with the exceptional care that they need in a loving, home-like environment. Our caregivers are certified at all three levels of supervisory, personal, and directed care, as well as memory care, allowing our residents to age in place. They feel safe and secure knowing that they will receive personal and specialized care regardless of level they currently require or may need in the future. Our residents know that they are home.
Our residents live in a secure and loving environment where you can be certain they are receiving exceptional care from our trained, devoted caregivers. We provide 2 caregivers for no more than 10 residents (1:5 ratio) from 7am – 7pm, and 2 caregivers for no more than 20 residents (1:10 ratio with an auxiliary caregiver) from 7pm – 7am, as well as our on-site care specialist, ensures personal treatment, so that your loved one’s quality of life is the absolute best.
The Villas at Green Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood provides all levels of assisted living, as well as memory care for those with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Our homes have specific, private rooms such as a salon and physical therapy room. This allows other service providers such as doctors, therapists, and stylists, to deliver specialized support to our residents. We also offer short term/respite care. Residents in need of hospice receive the care in their home.
Seniors need physical activity and mental stimulation. The Villas at Green Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care has an activity coordinator that plans and oversees group and one-on-one activities such as: holiday parties, cook-outs, sing-a-longs, and exercise classes like Chi Gong.
Most large assisted living centers are owned by out-of-town corporations. We are different because we are locally owned and managed. The owners of The Villas at Green Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood oversee daily operations.
Our residents experience a well-rounded daily life. Amenities include a beauty salon, spa room, fitness and workout room, and library. We plan organized activities for residents to choose from, or they can simply enjoy taking walks or gathering with neighbors on our secure, gated, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
