Evergreen Care Home is an angelic assisted living community in Buena Park, California. It is within delightful Orange County which is part of the Golden State.

Evergreen Care Home is for individuals who want to provide their elderly parent a comfortable place to stay. We offer quality care for your parent without you needing to worry. We take care of our seniors with tremendous care, personal connection, and utmost comfort. We maintain a policy of Korean culture: food, language, and Korean caregivers. We provide care for a maximum of 6 seniors, allowing us to take care of each individual better. We are located next to the Buena Park Golf Course in the Los Coyotes neighborhood, making it easy for family visits to your loved one.

Eligibility

• At least 65 years of age with no mental disorders.
• Mobile (able to walk independently with little or no assistance: cane may be used). We may be able to provide service to non-ambulatory patients - please call.
• Up to 6 patients living at facility at a time (Other applicants will be put on a waiting list).
