Evening Grace - Burbank Blvd is a handsome assisted living community in Encino, California. It is within stunning Los Angeles County which is part of the Golden State.

Evening Grace provides superior patient centered care to seniors that are in need of help with daily activities yet still want to retain dignity and independence.  Our residents have mobility limitations, need extra care (but are not in need of a nursing home), are at risk of living alone and need 24/7 monitoring.

At Evening Grace, we are committed to maintaining a high level of care, respecting the well-being of our residents, making days joyful and creating a home-like environment.

We offer private room accommodations for all our residents.  Although we encourage our residents to interact and enjoy their time with us in the common areas, we also respect their need for privacy.

In our homes we offer many of the services one would expect from a luxury assisted living facility.  Our staff can take care of residents in need of 24-hour care. We help coordinate health care and medical services.  We assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, eating and exercise.  We provide three nutritious meals a day, housekeeping, and laundry services.  We can also make available transportation for our residents.

At Evening Grace we serve healthy balanced home cooked meals daily.  We provide nutritious and wholesome choices at every meal. We can customize diet plans for each of our residents, focusing on the doctor instructions and on resident preferences.  Each facility has a central kitchen, with top of the line appliances, where fine American and European cuisine is freshly prepared daily, by an enthusiastic, friendly and skilled team.

We place great importance of health and wellness by following a regular exercise and wellness schedule.

We offer:

• Daily morning exercises
• Sugar/blood pressure reading twice a day (morning and evening)
• Weight management
• Medication management: storage, record keeping, distribution, and ordering

At Evening Grace, we know that each resident is unique and likes spending time in a certain way.  Some of them like to read, to watch movies, to chat one with another or to just stay and listen to music. That is why, besides some activities organized by our staff, we have also included in our Activity Program third parties that come on a weekly basis to our facilities to entertain us. Our ratio of caregivers to residents is 1 to 2 therefore we want our staff to focus mainly on providing the best care for our residents. This is why we have a third-party service for housekeeping, which is provided on a weekly basis. The daily maintenance is being done by our caregivers, like: linens changing, bed making, cleaning kitchen and baths and light housekeeping.

We provide appointment management and we set up transportation to and from the doctor’s office.  For our patients with mobility limitations we have added a wheelchair accessible van to our fleet!  Additional transportation services available upon request, to and from: church, hair and beauty salon, doctors, etc.
