Concordia Guest Homes aim to give clients a home life environment respecting their dignity and privacy while enriching their lives through participation in varied activities. Maintaining physical and emotional well-being through personalized 24-hour care is our commitment to our clients.

We make sure our facilities are clean and in safe environment. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to parks, malls, places of worship and civic centers.

Our caregivers are attentive and experienced, as well as trained to the care of frail and elderly clients; to meet their needs with nutrition, hygiene, assist with recreational activities and to ensure safety. They are First Aid Certified.

Basic Services

• Clean,safe and sanitary lodging which includes a furnished private or semi-private bedroom.
• Three nutritional balanced meals and appropiate snacks. Fresh fruits available at all times.
• Assistance with arrangement for transportation to client's doctor or to the nearest medical or dental facility.
• Assistance with self-administered medication prescribed by a physician.
• Recreational and social activities.
• Use of telephone locally during reasonable hours.
• Laundry services include dry cleaning (to be paid by client if they so request such service).
• Personal assistance and care as needed including bathing, dressing and activities of daily living.

Specialized Care

For clients with special needs, we offer these additional services:

• Hospice Program
• Post-operative care and recuperation.
• Home Health Agency available per doctor's order.
• Assistance with ostomy and incontinence.
• Clients with mild confusion or forgetfulness.
