Elegant Care Villa has come from a long line of successful Residential Care Facilities for Adults and for the Elderly. We opened our first home in 2000 and have continued to open four more facilities in 2005, 2008, and two in 2012. Based on an audit conducted by the Department of Health, Elegant Care Villa was awarded a contract to establish a Residential Care Facility for Adults with Special Health Needs by Harbor Regional Center.

Our administrators have had over 35 years of combined experience managing residents with severe behavioral, mental health and medical needs. Each of our administrators began as a Caregiver and with initiative to continue their education to become certified administrators. Combined, our administrators have experience in caregiving skills and management skills, to meet our Standards of Quality Care in our Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) and Adult Residential Facility (ARF).

Our organization emphasizes on training, teaching, Evaluation. We teach First Aid, CPR, and AED certification courses, and we educate our neighbors and community about our facility and the individuals we serve. With our proven ability to operate and care for Individuals, we believe we are fully capable of continually improving our Quality Care Services

Elegant Care Villa believes in Quality Care Services. We focus our care based on unique needs. Individual Clients is the center of this comprehensive Care Planning Approach. With Specialized combined experience of this family run, family owned Communities of Residential Care Facility for the Elderly ( RCFE ), and Adult Residential Facility ( ARF ). We also support clients with mild to severe cognitive impairment. Mental Health and Behavioral Support for Seniors and Individuals with disabilities.

Our team focuses on improving the development process, improving the quality of our Care Standards through guidelines & educational materials for awareness. We seek to develop strong relationships with the community, through collaboration and innovative technology application to advance our industry and become the company of choice in Care Services.

Firstly, we believe each consumer has his or her own unique needs that should be supported to ensure their individuality and welfare. Through careful observation and analysis, we will identify and record every need of the consumer so that everyone involved in his or her life will be more knowledgeable about his or her personal needs. Secondly, Elegant Care Villa will only utilize positive behavioral support strategies to reduce or eliminate challenging behaviors. We will take the necessary steps to teach consumers appropriate behaviors or responses for all their personal needs, wants, and desires.

We recruit, Hire & Manage high caliber of skilled staff. Our Administrators leads and supervise staff productivity; by maintenance of accurate records for residents and facility. We provide optional transport our Seniors to medical appointments and general outings.
