Monte Farley Manor Guest Homes is a family owned and operated since 1996 and has long been recognized as the Bay Area's leading and highly regarded facility for private home care. We strive to provide the highest standard of nursing care for every patient who enters our door. We take pride in our personalized care that reflects our company philosophy.

The first Monte Farley Manor was started by Elvie and Rod Cardona in 1996 which was promptly followed by a rapid expansion to two neighboring cities, the latest of which is in Sunnyvale. Monte Farley Manor is a combination of four separate facilities, 3 of which are located on the same beautiful neighborhood of Mountain View.

Our experienced caregivers provide 24/7 care in the comfort of a home environment, all at affordable rates. Our services make it possible for our guests to feel at home, physically, emotionally and socially with our warm and friendly atmosphere.

Continuous observation, care and supervision available around the clock. Physician’s order including: medication management, special diets, dressing changes, administration of insulin, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy can all be implemented at our facilities. Our nurses and staff work closely with patient’s doctor to provide the highest quality of care. Residents are encouraged to participate planned activity related to their social, physical and intellectual development. Assistance with bathing, dressing and medication administration. Our staff are available to meet resident’s medical and dental needs and assist with transportation arrangements.

Our mission is to continue to offer a continuum of residential and innovative aging services that actively promotes intellectual, physical, social, and spiritual well-being of our residents. We strive to encourage residents to choose how much or how little assistance they needed from our staff. We offer array of services to support residents’ every day needs, such as medication administration, transportation, dining, laundry and housekeeping services.
