haven't you always lived this way with family heritage and culture flowing through you reaching out forward into the heart of life my biggest surprise was how happy I would be things that are important to me are around me and the other surprise was how many interesting people there are here and that makes makes it very pleasurable at Muldaur residences aspirations never retire and when the rest of your life beckons with all the things you want to do this lifestyle fulfills I think I'm still surprised every single day at how much I love it and how it exceeds my expectations in just every way and I've made some good friends and I'm looking forward to those friendships developing over time I always knew that I would love it I just think I'm surprised at how much I love it real people live here with their diverse interests and deep passions they make things happen and they grow we are now involved in four different Fitness active because Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and aside from that I go over very early in the morning to the indoor pool and try to do a half to three-quarters of a mile so I like the indoor fitness center right down below us that I go on alternate days of the week I like being able to walk to have my hair cut to go to costco to go to bed bath and beyond to walk to the library to just not have to get into a car and have all this stuff accessible so I was at Stanford for 35 years so the university is very much a part of my life there's a wealth of stuff in this area and I'm in the Bay Area's I think just amazing what could be better than a comfortable convenient community that expands your worldview no wonder free-thinking far-seeing open minded individuals love moga it's just the right blend of sensible optimism and realistic dreaming we talked about how we didn't want to be a burden to our children and here not only do they have easy access to us and we to them but also they get back and ninety percent of the money that we put in comes back to our errors so we have a nice inheritance package that we can give to them and we feel good about having reserve that money for them the thing that I find the most rewarding here is that the staff is incredible they are invariably not only polite but just friendly if you feel like you're part of their family maldo residents love life live well and are resolved to always go forward our rich intergenerational social educational recreational and entertainment opportunities suit them to a tee I've been a yoga teacher for over 20 years and one of the things that I wanted to do when I moved here is teaching yoga at the fitness center at the JCC I always thought wouldn't it be wonderful if you could walk out of your door and walk in someplace and do your work and not have to get in a car and drive someplace and that's been really fun and I've got a lot of students in my class I'm actually hoping to be teaching more over there as time goes by it's a it's a dream come true securely planted well supported unconstrained life at malda is bold and happy when my son flew in from Florida and said my brother was right this is great we haven't seen you this happy in 10 years but what have I been doing I thought I was reasonably happy sharing life's journey and Joy's mold or residents make this a very special place they know choosing Malta was one of the best decisions they ever made for people who are considering to live here they should come they should spend some time not just with the marketing people they should spend some time with the residents they should come and have dinner with us they should see what we do day to day and they should have that experience because I think once they're here it'll be absolutely no way they could possibly live anywhere else it just wouldn't happen Oh
