THE OLIVE BRANCH ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY is located in the heart of Northridge, California nestled on a spacious 25-acre private expanse with professionally manicured landscaping that provides a warm, comfortable and idyllic environment to our residents.  We have been referred to by many as “the best well known secret for seniors” in the valley.

Finding quality senior care for our loved ones can be daunting and emotionally taxing process. We all want the best possible care experienced for our loved ones — an experience that captures the love, care, and comfort of living at home while providing them with the support they need to live a healthy, active, and fulfilling life.

For many residents, living in their own homes is no longer the safest or most practical option, yet they have no need for complex medical supervision or 24-hour supervised care. Olive Branch Assisted Living gives residents the confidence to stay independent in a professionally managed and carefully designed, community setting, while offering personalized help and supportive services at a level tailored to the individual.

At the individual level, we believe in person-centered planning, where our highly trained staff crafts a personalized care plan for each of our residents. We love interacting with our residents one on one and are committed to treating your loved ones like members of our own family.

We pride ourselves on choosing a friendly, qualified staff ready to face the day’s challenges with a smile. Our office staff understands that a friendly environment is an integral part of our operation. The residents are welcome to come in at any time of the day if they need assistance, or just for a chat. Our staff prefers to promote love, decency and respect for our residents’ dignity.  Our staff is multilingual with fluency in English, Spanish, Filipino and Chinese. Although we come from different walks of life, at Olive Branch we are family.

As important as individualized care and attention is to “quality of life”, we at Olive Branch recognize that individuals cannot thrive without feeling like they are a part of a vibrant and active community. That’s why we engage in ongoing participatory action research.

Because Olive Branch Living is devoted to individuals, we offer residents a wealth of choice to suit all needs. Our communities offer a variety of living arrangements, amenities, supportive services, dining options, social activities, personalized care, medication management, assistance on daily needs, housekeeping, shuttle bus service, doctor appointments, and friendly staff. Our residents are encouraged to participate in our diverse activity program designed to stimulate mental acuity and social interaction. Each resident’s daily routine is punctuated by the opportunity to participate in a variety of enriching programs.

Additionally, we believe that our guests should be active participants in helping to shape decisions that impact their personal experience with us. In support of this, we have instituted our Resident Council meetings to give our residents a forum to share their experiences, ideas, and concerns.
