my name is Bernice Gerson I've been at the home three years jun 29th and on that day I turned eighty four years young I'm originally from Philadelphia Pennsylvania I was fortunate enough to study with a classically trained pianist I taught in a private school I have banking experience and I trained an operations officer to be a bank manager I also had a real estate license for about ten years was brought here by my son-in-law and he wanted me to see what it was like and everyone seems so friendly I thought she this is really nice and I thought the thing to do would be to come while i'm healthy so I could participate in all the activities and not wait until I was too ill I'm very active in arts and crafts I need I crochet they have a painting class some of my pictures have been sold I go every weekend to my daughter's home and then I get to come back and they have this life here it's been wonderful it's like being on a cruise ship
