Tustin Hills DDN is a fine assisted living community in Tustin, California. It is within well-favored Orange County which is part of the Golden State.

We provide 24-hour care and assistance of the up-most quality to all of our residents, and we ensure their well-being in all aspects of life. Our services safeguard the health and fitness of our residents and deliver peace of mind to their families.

Tustin Hill's main focus will be to serve the need of the residents in a warm, family-like environment with an emphasis on providing quality active treatment, supervision and care. We believe in full inclusion of the residents in the community and our program will emphasize in developing positive relationship with our neighbors, accessing community resources and building relationships with community agencies such as adult educational programs, churches, and social agencies.

Tustin Hills DDN provides these supervised services to the resident at home:

• Care and supervision
• Observation for changes in physical, mental, emotional, and social functioning
• Notification to resident's family, physician and other appropriate person/agency of resident's needs
• Food services, to include 3 nutritious meals daily and snacks, special diets if prescribed by a doctor
• Assistance to gain access to supportive services, such as voting, senior assistance agencies, etc.
• Transportation - We will provide transportation within a 10 mile radius at least 4 times per month
• A planned activity program including arrangement for utilization of available community resources
• Assistance with taking prescribed and over-the-counter medications in accordance with physician's instructions unless prohibited by law or regulations
• Bedside care and tray service for minor temporary illnesses or recovery from surgery
• Laundering of personal clothing
• Clean bed and bath linens weekly, or as often as needed
• Provide comfortable and suitable bed and/or bedroom furniture
