Royal Living‘s care is backed by industry-leading quality standards, with options that can be customized to individual needs as they change.

To see that each resident receives appropriate care, we perform a thorough assessment of their physical, emotional and functional status prior to move-in, 30 days after move-in and every 90 days thereafter. Additional assessments are performed as needed, based on caregiver recommendations or a perceived change in condition.

Discreet support is available 24 hours a day from our professional staff. We offer a broad range of services, including:

• Personal care – assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, getting dressed and safety checks; escorting to and from daily events
• Medication reminders – includes consultation with primary physicians and pharmacies, plus ordering and scheduled reviews by a licensed nurse
• Incontinence management – daytime and overnight assistance

For older adults and their families dealing with the challenges of Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, we offer Life Guidance memory care. Life Guidance provides innovative, specialized care in a comfortable, separate and secure neighborhood.

We have high standards when it comes to quality, because we know what’s at stake for our customers and employees. Our commitment to doing things the right way is best seen through our internal Quality Enhancement (QE) program. With standards that often exceed state requirements, the QE program uses a comprehensive review tool that measures approximately 700 items of daily life in our communities. In addition to state-led reviews, our communities undergo unannounced QE visits each year to ensure quality continues to be our number one priority.

We also conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys, and the feedback we receive from our residents and families tells us what’s working well and where we need to improve. Continually looking for ways to enhance the services we offer is just another way for us to follow through on our promise to put quality above all else.
