Brookdale Mandarin

Brookdale Mandarin is an assisted living community in Jacksonville, Florida near the St. Johns River. Our residents live life well, letting us handle the cooking, cleaning and the stressful household chores. Instead, they get to fill their days with interesting things to do and interesting people to do them with. Just a short drive from the beach, our cozy campus features an outdoor covered porch, an outdoor courtyard, and beautifully-landscaped grounds with walking paths shaded by live oaks.

At Brookdale Mandarin, we serve our residents by providing just the right amount of assistance and care to make their lives easier, with things like dressing, managing medications, or just getting around, while enabling them to live as independently as possible. But you might want to learn a new skill, like speaking Spanish, in our weekly language class.

With three floorplans to choose from, including our largest that clocks in at 825 square feet, your options start before you even move in. We also have features just for pampering, like our beauty parlor and barber shop on-site, or our billiards room. Life here means options, and with plenty of safety features, it also means fewer worries.
