A privately owned facility Rose Haven encompasses nearly a full city block. Built in 1964, Rose Haven went under new ownership in January of 2016. Since this purchase Rose Haven has undergone many upgrades and remodels including a beautiful, new whirlpool room. We continue to make updates and look forward to more changes in the near future.

The Lodge is a 10 unit independent living facility. This allows our residents to reside on the same property for different level of care needs.
