Our housekeeping team cleans and provides fresh linens weekly. Tenants control their own heat and air conditioning and professional medical assistance/support is available at the touch of a button.
Every day, tenants can enjoy three delicious meals in our dining room, stay active with exercise and recreation (there’s even a bean bag baseball league), meet friends for coffee and a card game, or spend a quiet afternoon on our expansive stone patio overlooking the vibrant landscape.
Transportation scheduled through our activity staff ensures tenants have the freedom and flexibility to explore, shop and experience Urbandale and surrounding communities.
