Welcome to Green Gardens Assisted Living Memory (now featuring Adult Day Care & Respite Care) Care community nestled in the small rural town of Sullivan, IL.  We are proud to have opened our doors on July 6, 2020 to this amazing, unique, small home-like community where we offer outstanding care for your loved one who has a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or other related dementias .  Why would you choose Green Gardens over others in the area? Why that’s simple!  We have an outstanding, highly trained staff that is dedicated to your loved one in many unique ways.  We offer love, compassion, respect and above all show them the dignity they so richly deserve.  We create a fun atmosphere where they can socialize with other individuals, sing, dance, arts and crafts, participate in gardening clubs, cooking clubs, pet therapy, music therapy and too many other activities to mention.  We not only want your loved one to feel safe, content and well cared for, but we want you as their family members to feel the very same way.  Once your loved one comes to Green Gardens they become part of our family and thus you become our family as well.  

We offer 12 spacious private rooms, each featuring a small kitchenette which is the only one in the Sullivan area to do so.  Each room features a spacious private bathroom with walk-in shower allowing staff to assist your loved one with their needs.  Our living room area features two separate sitting areas where your loved one can snuggle down on the couch to enjoy eating popcorn while watching TV and enjoying the warmth of the fireplace.  They will enjoy dining in our spacious dining room that features all home-cooked meals made from scratch from our two amazingly talented cooks.  You can be content in the knowledge that your loved is in a safe and secure environment knowing that they will be well cared for by our 24 hour staff.   We encourage all of our residents to be as independent as possible so you can relax knowing that our staff is on hand to assist with anything your loved one requires.  We offer outside activities as well in our fenced in back yard that will support our vegetable garden and flower beds that we encourage our residents to help care for.  Imagine their delight in saying that they helped grow the vegetables that they are eating with their meals!  

There are several other amenities that we offer as well:  Board certified physician available 24/7, In house Physical, Occupation and Speech therapies, on site nursing, home-health care services, digital internet, wireless Dish access in each room, indoor walking paths, beauty/barber shop, transportation, hospice care, housekeeping/laundry services and utilities included in monthly rate.
