The Meadows of Guerin, Inc. shares a management agreement with Providence Self Sufficiency Ministries, Inc. (PSSM). Through the agreement, PSSM provides administration, staffing and programming for the The Meadows.

Our passion for the comfort and care of our Elders is at the heart of Guerin Woods, especially as they find themselves needing some help with daily life. The Villas of Guerin Woods offer a life-enhancing community providing dignity, respect and choice for older adults needing assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab-to-home and memory care.
In the community of care that is created within the Villas, Elders live in individual “small houses” that can each truly be called home. Each 7,100-square-feet Villa contains 10 private bedrooms, private bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, an open kitchen and dining room, a therapeutic spa, a den, a patio/garden and a small office that replaces the nursing station and is used by visiting clinical staff.
At the Villas of Guerin Woods, our deepest wish is for our Elders to truly feel at home. Guerin Villas DinnerEach has the opportunity to decorate and furnish their own rooms as they wish, surrounding themselves with familiar and treasured belongings. Meals are prepared in each Villa, and if they chose, Elders may help with meal preparation and other chores in which they have an interest. Meals are shared at a large dining table with Elders, staff and guests enjoying good food, conversation and companionship, and common areas are accessible to residents, their guests and staff.

Care is provided by Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses called Compatissants (French for “tender-hearted care”). Our Compatissants receive special training and function as “universal workers,” preparing meals and providing housekeeping, personal laundry services and personal care services.
