A resident who opts for assisted living, needs a little more care than our independent living residents.

There are a variety of assisted living packages to choose from, although a customized program can be developed with services from our A La Carte menu such as medication reminders, meal delivery, and bathing and dressing assistance. Residents on our assisted living program have services rendered in the privacy and safety of their own home. Assisted living residents have their apartment homes on the same floors as the independent living residents.

A resident who opts for independent living, requires little assistance and may still drive. Independent living residents simply desire a more carefree lifestyle.

Independent living residents at The Windsor have two meals a day, 365 days a year prepared for them with light housekeeping services and convenient transportation to doctor’s appointments, activities, and outings.

No matter where your interests lie, The Windsor activities staff has an activity planned for you. From trips to the casinos and movie theaters to grocery shopping trips on Mondays and Fridays to afternoon bingo games, musical presentations and continuing education opportunities, residents at The Windsor always have something to do or somewhere to go if they choose. In fact, The Windsor is known for our special events and parties throughout the year. Protestant and Catholic worship services and studies are offered weekly.
