Many residents pay 30% of their income for rent and those who do not will find their rent well below the fair market rent for Greater Haverhill. Our staff will assist you in finding the housing that best meets your needs.

Bethany provides property management services to Nichols Village in Groveland, Massachusetts, and Four Mile Village in Boxford, Massachusetts. Both of these communities offer apartments and amenities for individuals 62 and older.

Sarah’s Place is a non-profit adult day health program that offers a safe, nurturing environment that allows participants to obtain the daily support they require while remaining in their own homes. Bethany is the management company for Sarah's Place and refers many of its clients there.
