Hearthstone – Woburn is located on the campus of New Horizons at Choate – a not-for-profit senior living community that provides high quality independent and assisted living.

At Hearthstone, a large sunny porch leading into a healing garden distinguishes our Residence. Almost all year round, you’ll find Residents sitting on the porch engaging with their family members and other Residents. The exceptional garden, designed according to researched principles of therapeutic design, offers a perfect – and safe – way for Residents to enjoy outdoor strolls, family visits, and gardening throughout the day.

Inside, our community features a warm and welcoming dining room, spacious living room and sun-filled activity room.
