Yolanda's Home is located on 3 acres in Western Howard County, Maryland. Our home is a 2,500 square foot, ranch-style facility with beautiful views from every window.

To further assure the highest quality of care, the owner resides on the premises and has more than 30 years of experience in direct geriatric care. We are a fully-licensed assisted living facility, approved by the State of Maryland Department of Health & Mental Hygiene.
All levels of care are provided for your loved one. Assistance is always available for all Activities of Daily Living.
We provide:

We provide case management and patient advocacy with physicians and family. This includes:

- implementing physical therapy and specialist care plans,
- referrals to community service organizations,
- transportation to specialists and hospitals,
- consultation with family on medical care plans.
Exercise is encouraged for our residents. This includes daily walks outdoors with a caregiver. Residents are encouraged to participate in physical activities to the best of their ability.
Leisure pursuits are part of our residents' daily lives. Some of our in-house amenities include:

Because Yolanda's Home is a home environment, seasonal events and home decorating are planned as part of the residents' living experience.
Outside activities are also important to our residents' well-being. We provide transportation to the daily half-day programs at the Western Howard County Senior Center, where residents have an opportunity to interact with their peers in a myriad of activities, receive physical therapy, and participate in community events.
