Assured Care is a HCBS (Home and Community Based Services) provider, which affords seniors, vulnerable adults, and people with disabilities and/or chronic illness, the opportunity to decide where and with whom they live, to have control over the services they receive and who provides the services, to work and earn money, and to include friends and supports to help them participate in community life.
Established in in 2010, Assured Care was founded with one thing in mind: to provide quality personal care to those that need assistance in their daily life. Based in Minneapolis, Assured Care has locations in Burnsville and Bloomington with several in-house staff that are on call 24/7 to support residents throughout their stay.
