Heartland Assisted Living is a charming assisted living community in Roberts, Montana. It is within fascinating Carbon County which is part of the Treasure State.
Each individual’s life experiences come together to form a unique road map of their life; we honor this and always give each person the respect they deserve. Each and every day should be a pleasant one; it is our goal to maintain this outlook. Activities are meaningful and are designed to give a sense of purpose and to be a source of pride and accomplishment for the resident.
Happiness is derived from the health of the mind, body, and spirit. We offer a variety of activities that focus on mental exercise, interaction with other residents to provide a social atmosphere, as well as the fulfillment of spiritual preferences so that our residents can maintain their happiness and provide well-rounded health care.
Services provided are based on each individual resident’s needs. Our staff is capable of assisting with everyday tasks as well as providing the desired level of personal assistance that the resident may request. A personalized Service Plan will be created for each resident based upon their Medical Assessment as well as through daily interaction, wellness needs, and any unique characteristics that a resident may possess.
We honor everyone’s freedom of choice at Heartland. We offer customized meals, each resident’s favorite snacks and beverages, etc. Each resident’s input is always considered when deciding on an outing or what to watch on TV. We will not wake you unless it is a necessity for your care or safety; we want to empower our residents with the option to go about their day however they please.
Although we will always be there to assist our residence in whatever task is at hand, we also want to encourage our residents to be independent. Our facility is designed to promote easy and safe mobility through-out. Staff members will promote resident independence wherever possible during the course of the day.
Friends and family are a crucial part to anyone’s quality of life; that’s why Heartland, encourages friends and family members to participate in any and all activities and events. There are no “visiting hours”; we are pleased to have you any time of the day! Communication will always be open, and regular, between family members/ responsible parties in regards to a resident. To ensure that we are providing the best care possible to our residents, we recognize that effective communication is important and necessary. We would love to see family members and friends join us for outings and our backyard BBQ’s!
Heartland has a wide variety of suites to choose from; all with beautiful views and décor that is unique to Heartland Assisted Living. All suites include a bed as well as your own medicine cabinet. All of suites are also All Inclusive.
The Spruce Suite is an efficiency suite with a closet and shared bath. Your window looks out across a sprawling lawn to the Rock Creek Drainage where you can watch for the bald eagles as they fly from tree top to tree top.
The Oak Suite has a closet as well as a built-in dresser and an armoire. This suite comes with a shared bath. This lovely suite offers a view of the Beartooth Mountains out of your window.
The Cottonwood Suite offers more space with a closet as well as a built-in dresser and an armoire. This suite comes with a shared bath. Your dual windows offer a view of the extravagant Beartooth Mountain Range.
The Pine Suite is a more private suite with its own sink vanity a larger closet and shared bath. This suite offers its own private deck, entered by a 6’ sliding glass door. It has a westward view overlooking the pond, Beartooth Mountain Range and the Rock Creek Drainage which is littered with cottonwood and willow trees.
The Juniper Suite offers the same amenities as the Pine Suite, including the view of the Beartooth Mountain Range and the Rock Creek Drainage, just a larger version.
The Aspen Suite has a very tasteful antique setting with a vanity and shared bath. It offers its own private deck to get a little sunshine while having your morning coffee while watching the deer graze. The view looks out eastward, over the hay fields, horse pastures, and rolling hills.
The Willow Suite is double occupancy capable and has a mini-kitchen with a double sink, cabinets for storage, a refrigerator, and a microwave. This suite has an 8’ sliding glass door that allows access to a concrete patio; this large door can also be used as your own entrance to come and go as you please. The Willow Suite offers a shared bath. This suite has a view of the pond as wells as the Rock Creek Drainage.
The Ponderosa Suite is our most luxurious and spacious suite in our facility; this is a couple’s suite and boasts a beautiful bath-suite that features a huge 6-jet Jacuzzi tub encased in marble on the floors, tub deck, and walls. It has a double sink vanity and a floor to wall mural. As you are sitting in your bubble Jacuzzi, you can look out over the hay pastures and rolling hills, and relax while you sip on your cup of tea, or beverage of choice. The Ponderosa Suite has a massive walk in closet that you can get dressed in, or simply store your belongings and clothes. The closet has many shelves and racks. This is one of the many luxuries of the farm!
Heartland offers many services to make the transition to a new stage in life as easy as possible. The following is a general list of the services we provide at Heartland Assisted Living:
