we'd like to welcome you to Oklahoma Methodist manner for an inside look at what members find most valuable and meaningful in the way of services protections conveniences here at our Midtown campus our management and staff send their greetings i'm bill warren one of methodist manners representatives and I have the distinct pleasure of introducing to you some of the members who've already joined and some of the members who have reserved a home at crestwood with its grand opening in 2012 methodist Manor has a long-standing heritage and legacy over a half century ago the United Methodist Conference of churches founded in sponsored Methodist manner it's guided by a 23-member board of directors and we're now serving a third generation of families Methodist Manor is a full-service residential retirement living option available in midtown Tulsa it's within reach of more people over 62 than any other offering in the greater Tulsa area we can provide peace of mind for all the years ahead setting in place a plan that addresses the what-ifs of life it's a community of like-minded people with common goals shared experiences its people who have a desire to give back to contribute to make a difference in other people's lives you'll notice some traits and characteristics among the people you're about to meet they are responsible proactive planners who want to stay in control these are members who have joined so they could focus on the things that matter most to them in life just let me describe the breadth of the manors offerings we have five distinctly different residential designs available on the campus there are the felt house residences which were newly renovated as we turned the new year in 2010 we also have villas which are individual houses along south Sandusky Avenue all with front and back yards patio homes they have two car garages vaulted ceilings and eat in kitchens then there are the lakeside homes with skylights wraparound decks and fountain views and then of course there are the crestwood residences with 20 different floor plan designs and a 25,000 square-foot Club Commons that comes with each and every home a Commons that includes the restaurants Academy classroom theater computer lab Fitness complex saltwater pool with swim jets and an indoor track oh I almost forgot with crestwood residences also come sunrooms patios balconies and under building garage parking so with over 50 different floor plans on the methodist manor campus chances are you're going to find one design that you can turn into a home of your own in all of our lives we will encounter congestion delays and detours and as much as we might want to deny it change is on the horizon for all of us so we prepare the best we can so let me introduce you to some people who already live at Methodist manner and a few who reserved a home at the new crestwood neighborhood they've got some thoughts they'd like to share with you that may shed some new light on the whole subject of residential retirement living
