The first thing you may notice when entering a Clare Bridge community is that the doors to the outside remain locked 24 hours a day. Associates have the code to all exit doors, but it is not released to family members, vendors, physicians or any other visitors to the community except in states where we are required to. You will find doorbells at both
the entrance and the exit, so you can alert associates when you need to come in and go out.
As an alternative to psychotropic medications sometimes prescribed to manage behavioral expressions, we ve developed a comprehensive problem-solving process that includes an entire team dedicated to uncovering the root of the behavioral issue. Sometimes addressing basic issues like pain, hunger or thirst or even an environment that s too hot or too cold, will resolve problems without the need to resort to medication.
