Levels Of Care
Level One: Alert and oriented, Independent, Ambulatory, Minimal to moderate assistance needed with activities of daily living, Required observation for medication, Continent.
Level Two: Alert or confused, Disoriented at times, Moderate assistance needed with activities of daily living, Continent at times, Requires assistance with ambulation or transfer to a wheelchair.
Special Care Available For: Personal hygiene and incontinence, Parkinson's disease, Insulin dependent diabetes.
