Covenant Home of Chicago has served the needs of seniors in its northern Chicago neighborhood since 1886. Rebuilt in 1997, our elegant and modernized five story building – located across from Swedish Covenant Hospital – offers supportive living in studio and one-bedroom apartments, and an abundant array of amenities, services and programs. With a comprehensive focus on wellness of mind, body and spirit, we promote resident self-direction and participation in decisions that emphasize dignity and independence.
There are some residents that need a little, or a lot, of extra help. That assistance comes in many different forms: getting dressed for the day, assistance in the shower or a reminder to take medication. Our staff is engaged around the clock, ready to assist with anything that may help make our resident’s lives easier.
We tailor our services to meet the needs of each individual – it is one of our strongest assets. We offer residents and their families peace of mind, knowing that there is always support available.
At Covenant Home, you can choose a studio or one-bedroom apartment, both with access to scheduled health care and support, as well as many programs and social activities on and off campus.
