Wingate at Weston is equipped and staffed to provide effective, personalized Short-Term Rehabilitation and Post-Acute Care services. Our mission for each Short-Term Rehab resident is to support the restoration of maximum possible function after surgery, serious injury or illness, and returning him or her to the comfort, familiarity and independence of home.

For those who have been hospitalized for life-threatening or chronic conditions, Wingate at Weston provides post-acute care before the transition to home. Through occupational therapy and other practices, our post-acute care specialists help residents to re-acquire daily living capabilities that support safety and independence.
