The Birchwood House is owned and operated by Prairie River Home Care, a full service medicare certified home health care company serving 60 of Minnesota’s 87 counties. Direct client care and services are provided through a network of eight offices located in Buffalo, Blaine, Hutchinson, St. Cloud, Rochester, Mankato, Fairmont and Marshall.
Our nurses and caregivers have been providing home care services for many years to clients in and around the Hutchinson area. We specialize in cares and treatments for chronic care conditions. Our skilled branch and Birchwood House nursing staff are able to personalize a Care Plan around each individual’s needs and expectations.
