Evergreen Place is a magnificent assisted living community in Manchester, New Hampshire. It is within astounding Hillsborough County which is part of the Granite State.

Since 1904, Evergreen Place has provided quality assisted living resources to the Greater Manchester area and holds a special place in the hearts of many families. Evergreen Place is a community where you can live a full life with the support that assisted living brings.

Evergreen Place is a non-profit fifty-two bed supported residential care facility. Often referred to as an ‘assisted living’ community. Evergreen Place has been a continually operating resource to Manchester and the surrounding communities since 1904 and holds a special place in the hearts of many. The same proven sense of caring and community service remains the motivation behind Evergreen Place today.

We provide private rooms, 24 hour nursing and nursing assistant staff, medication management, three meals a day with special consideration for dietary restrictions, transportation to doctor’s appointments, activities seven days a week, on site primary care physician, on site lab testing, laundry and linen services, housekeeping ,wellness programs, and on site hairdressing.

Evergreen Place is an assisted living community where you can relax and enjoy your comfortable private space. Maintenance, utilities and other property cares are no longer worries. Enjoy your meals in the company of friends in our dining area, and sneak down for a snack when the urge strikes. Everything you need is right at home.

We provide three full meals each day in addition to which the dining room is open for snacks anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with a special daily coffee time each morning at 10:00 am.

As a resident, you enjoy the peace of mind that licensed care providers are available 24-hours a day to help you only when you need it. Evergreen Place is also for a rest – with respite care for up to 30 days for families that need extra help caring for a loved one.

Evergreen Place is pleased to offer respite care to the community. There are times when you just need a break; or maybe you are traveling for vacation or a business trip and you don’t want to leave your loved one without care or supervision. We have private rooms available for up to 30 days with the same services that are available to our full time residents.
