Arbor Hill

Arbor Hill is a terrific assisted living community in Providence, Rhode Island. It is within pleasing Providence County which is part of the Ocean State.

Located in Providence’s historic Federal Hill district, Arbor Hill provides assisted living for seniors age 62 and older. The park-like grounds and city location, close to shopping, restaurants, hospitals and public transportation provide residents with a home ambiance yet urban convenience.

Common shared space at Arbor Hill includes an attractive dining room, spacious activities room, TV room, and library. An outdoor courtyard garden and rooftop terrace serve as friendship-building spaces where residents can enjoy pleasant days together. Laundry facilities and a beauty salon/barber shop are conveniently located on the premises.

The suites vary in size and pricing, but all of them include private bathrooms that are disability-accessible and a private bedroom.

A complete meal plan is available for all residents and they may sign up for one, two or three nutritionist-designed meals a day. Alternative meals are provided for those with special dietary restrictions.

A fun and friendly Activities Director is on staff Monday through Friday and plans a variety of activities such as crafts, BINGO, music, and special events, such as visits from guest speakers and entertainers. Transportation is also provided in a chauffeured van so that residents can enjoy shopping trips and other scheduled off-site activities.
