Sunny Acres - Legacy Care is a terrific assisted living community in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. It is within perfect Middlesex County which is part of the Bay State.

Sunny Acres Legacy Care Assisted Living is a 12 bed deluxe residence that is fully equipped to accommodate the needs of those with Alzheimer's and Dementia. We have staff trained to handle their specific needs with care and kindness, in a household designed environment.

Legacy Care strives to provide assisted living-memory care services in a clean, comfortable, and home-like environment. The entire Legacy Care team will work with you and your family to meet those varied needs in order to ensure that your new home meets your expectations.
