Carriage House at Lee’s Farm is a 62-apartment, state-of-the-art senior living community and featuring Independent Living, Assisted Living and Avita Memory Care. Carriage House is located in picturesque Wayland, MA just off of Route 20 and minutes from I-95. Many residents of the town of Wayland have expressed their excitement and nostalgia towards Carriage House as it was built on the Lee’s Farm family site. We took great care to preserve the integrity of the land, leaving wide open space for future farming and paying homage to its history by designing Carriage House to look like a farm house and barn.
